For 8.0: Add http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/freedcpp/Debian_8.0/ ./ to sources.list
Run # wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/freedcpp/Debian_8.0/Release.key;apt-key add Release.key;
and # apt-get install bmdc

For 7.0: Add http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/freedcpp/Debian_7.0/ ./ to sources.list
Run # wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/freedcpp/Debian_7.0/Release.key;apt-key add Release.key;
and # apt-get install bmdc
